I recommend this resource, as Microsoft has tons of self study guides. Best thing to do is install Virtual box, or VmWare on your desktop and practice, practice, practice! I found an invaluable source to help pass citrix exams!!!! https://citrixxperience.com/2016/03/30/how-to-pass-a-citrix-exam-using-citrixxperience-com-practice-exams/ This is a a great source, watch the videos, and sharpen up on Server 2012....citix teamed up with citrixexperience to help you get prepared.

Resume Advice: -Your skillset and goal should be concise and and align directly with the position you are trying to obtain. -Use different words to create depth and avoid constant repetition. -This is the ability to explain what you know and what you are seeking -Most job descriptions repeat the same thing over and over as fillers.

I use teamviewer for some tech support when consulting on my own. The best track is to get certified with the networking MTA, and move towards the security MTA and then the server MTA certs.
